With a streamlined approach, you can recycle more and make a meaningful impact right from your kitchen.

Collected food waste is transported to anaerobic digestion facilities, where it is converted into renewable energy and other beneficial byproducts.

Together we're doing our part to turn waste into sustainable products like nutrient-rich compost, as we close the loop from farm to consumer and back to the earth.

Anaerobic digestion is a process where microorganisms break down organic waste in an oxygen-free environment. This process produces biogas, primarily made up of methane and carbon dioxide, which can be used as a renewable energy source. The remaining material, called digestate, can be used as a nutrient-rich fertilizer or soil amendment.
